1.) Is a full detailed budget required as part of the formal bid presentation?
2.) Will you need assistance with any formal bid documentation?
3.) To whom will the bid be presented? i.e. a small council of 10-12 persons or all voting delegates at the conference.
4.) Only very limited funding is available to assist with international travel. If you feel you can make your own way to present the bid please indicate, otherwise please specify what assistance you are seeking for travel.
5.) Standard promotional literature and a DVD are available for use on-site as part of the bid support. Please advise what additional assistance you may be seeking in the presentation of the bid (such as promotional booth).
